Try refreshing, but don’t refresh if you were inputting your own adjustment notes—we don’t want you to lose them. Instead, email us. Explain exactly what you were doing when things froze. Screenshots help more than you think.
???? Didn’t Receive Your Recipe Backup Email
Okay, deep breaths. If your personalized recipe file hasn’t landed in your inbox, check Spam or Promotions if you’re using Gmail. Our subject lines sometimes scream “FLAVOR INNOVATION” and Gmail thinks it’s spammy. If it’s not there, we’ll re-send it manually. Just message us and we’ll handle it personally.
???? Saving a Recipe Isn’t Working
This could be because:
- You started the process while logged out.
- The system is under maintenance for performance optimization (we always try to alert users beforehand—sorry if you didn’t know!).
- You’ve accumulated too many saved variations (we’re guilty of this too—hello, 19 tweaks for one chili blend).
Email us. We’ll make sure your data is preserved if possible. Nobody deserves to lose their tandoori chimichurri brunch prototype. That would just be… devastating.
????Confusing Ingredient Conversions
